My designs all laid out on one sheet almost ready to be lasercut. I decided on 3 teeth, to make sure that the top and bottom stay interlocked, and to not over complicate the measurements. Depending on the thickness of the material I use (and I can sand down some edges if necessary) the size of the teeth may have to change.
